Deep cleaning whether commercial or residential starts out at a minimum charge of $100 and goes by each job! Their are no price lists or ball park figures. All clients receive a free estimate prior to getting a written detailed breakdown of what the service include. We have found that this puts us on the same page and illuminates confusion.
Details
After rescheduling or canceling with out a 24 hour notice you’ll be required to pay a deposit fee at the time of your booking. This makes it easier on our team in our schedule so we know that all of our clients are going to be when are you available at the time of their scheduled service!
Larger jobs, including landscaping design, and tree work will require a deposit of half of the amount of the total estimate which is due at the start and remaining amount due at the end!
